Time for Love

Valentine’s Day means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. While some find it overly commercialized or just a greeting card company ploy, others use it as a day to, above all else, remember love first. It can be a little overwhelming to see so many balloons, bouquets and bright red teddy bears at every turn in every store we frequent, day in and day out for what feels like a solid month. Sometimes it feels as if the holidays have gotten a little out of hand. Or perhaps, we’ve just been swept away in the frenzy of convenient, bright colored displays full of stuff we don’t really need or want for so many years that we’ve forgotten what days like Valentine’s Day are really meant for. Shouldn’t it all be about taking time out of your busy life to focus on something very important- the love of your life?

Let’s take back Valentine’s Day! Let’s remember what this holiday is all about. Let’s honor our LOVE. Romance, friendship, family- they all count. They all boil down to love. This February 14th let’s stop what we’re doing to show someone we care about them. Kind words, a shared meal, a sparkly gift, a once in a lifetime experience, or the best of all, chocolate. No matter what you choose, just promise you’ll do it with love.

And of course…if you choose sparkly gift, we’ve got you covered!
